Heat dissipation principle of light beam lamp
Beam lamps are known mainly for their unique light source. Its unique small diameter bubble design and accurate focal length positioning principle make its light efficiency is extremely high. Its very high lumen amount also leads to its very high calorific value, which also leads to the early 200W beam lamp burst rate is very high. Therefore, the heat dissipation of this beam lamp is different from the heat dissipation of traditional computer shaking head lamp, its wick is relatively thin, and there is no external isolation layer, so if the heat dissipation of traditional lamps and lanterns, that is, the greater the heat dissipation, the better the mode, it is not possible, which will lead to constant ionization of the bulb arc, affecting the life of the bulb. If the heat is not dissipated enough, the bulb will blow up quickly. So, this light beam requires a constant temperature system.
At present, the manufacturer has two kinds of heat dissipation solutions, one is the traditional type of heat dissipation, relying on a better fan to heat the bulb at the same time with the temperature control switch. Another relatively high-end is the software temperature control heat dissipation, that is, rely on software to control the temperature of the fan, if the fan slows down or fails, the bulb protection will be automatically extinguished, not bubble. The latter of two kinds of means is good, even if the former does not fry bubble but to bulb life influence is bigger.
