What kind of stage LED lights do we need

Hello everyone! I am a project leader and I'm going to gather my workers for a gala. May I ask what kind of lighting equipment do I need, we do not have professional stage staff
We have many stands/mounts,except for stage lights, we don't need much professional stage equipment because the budget is limited
