which one is 575W or 575W/2? difference/ how to choose

Quote @Hello, I placed an order for lamps via ***. The lamps ordered were the 575W model. However, I received the lamps of the model in the photo that I am sending below. I liked the bulbs that came and would like to buy more. However, I think the one that came is 575W/2 but I'm not sure. To be the same as the ones that came, should I ask which one is 575W or 575W/2? Please check the pictures I sent and let me know if I should order the 575W or the 575W/2. Thank you very much.
