why a stage equipment need ballast and power supply

my led light only need "led drive"? like ballast, why stage equipment need a ballast module?

why need power supply? because Hoists & Motor & Fans need power supply the can't use 110v or 220v AC, Need to lower the voltage to use, otherwise it will burn the circuit |
